TOXIC THINGS. TOXIC PEOPLE
Let me start with things, certain habits, things we eat and drink, things we keep around us, our environment. They could all be toxic and we need to learn to let these things go.
Unhealthy foods need to go, I think we underrate what the food we eat does to our body. I’m guilty of this anyway but I try. Reduce your intake of sugar and fatty foods, eat more of fruits and vegetables, drink lots of water and let your skin glow.
Let go of bad habits, smoking, high intake of alcohol, behavioural short comings, the list is endless. Let go of them all.
Anger, hurt, pain. LET GO
Let go of toxic people. People who don’t genuinely care about you. People who don’t add value to your life. People who have become parasites, sucking life out of you. There are certain people you should give a little space, these people might have good intentions but do not interprete them right.
